Description:
To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth and the 10th anniversary of the death (both in 2014) of Frederick Fennell, an American conductor who contributed greatly to the development of the brass band world in Japan, a live recording with the Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra, of which he was the permanent conductor, is now available. This release includes music from the 51st subscription concert held in 1992, 10 years after their first collaboration. (C)RS
