Description:
The Old Crow Medicine Show is a Nashville-based band that has been performing since 1998. The band has been active since 1998, and has been gaining popularity by skillfully incorporating traditional American music such as country, bluegrass, folk, and blues into their music and bringing it into the modern age. The band has released nine albums on indie labels over the course of their nearly 20-year career, and their last album, 2014’s “Remedy,” won a Grammy in the Best Folk Album category, cementing their popularity and ability. This album is a live recording of the complete “Blonde on Blonde” performance in Nashville in May 2016. The project features “Blonde on Blonde,” considered Dylan’s greatest work, in the order of the songs on the original album, and asks the future to see it as a work that is still rich in musicality after 50 years.
